I've been at 100% exp at my current level (16) for the last quests I've turned it but don't get level up message. Why? It's done that for the last levels too.
Is it displaying incorrect percentage? Once, it decreased when i turned a quest in.
EXP bar is glitching?

I have a simillar problem, mine is that when i have for example 56% and i go from Prontera to South Plain that i suddently loose exp and from 56% i have 44%???? Anybody knows this bug maybe? :s
