Hi guys.

I want to refine my FAW, currently +5, to +7. But I'm scared because when I talk to the refiner NPC it says that I can lose my item. Is it possible with a FAW??? And if the item breaks, i'll really lose it?

You will want to use Mighty Hammer NPC, with Safe to 7 Body Armor Certificates if you don't want it to break

and just to know: break = i'll lost the item? or can i repair it?

No, if it breaks, it's lost forever, so be super careful.
