Hello Dragon Saga Friends!
 
Warpportal is going to be moving our hardware Mid November, and during this time our servers are expected to be down for up to 48 hours. While it may not last that long, we are preparing for the biggest window. 
 
The dates we are expecting to be down are 11/15/2015 - 11/17/2015.
 
The server is expected to go down at 11/15/2015 at 3PM PST.
 
Once we have the exact times, or if anything changes, I will update this post further.

Will this bring any improvements, you've had some server problems fairly often since I started here and apparently before that too, so regarding those I mean.

Or is it just relocating the hardware?

It's probably just moving the hardware. I'm not sure if that's also called a server, if it is will the ping change?

I have a question : 11/15 is sunday, will "we" have other replaced day for xEXP?

Please note the date for the expected down time has changed to start at 11/16/2015 at 3AM PST.

The time for the move has been finalized and moved back to 11/15/2015. This process will start at 2 PM PST, and the servers will go down at 3 PM PST (server time).

Generally it's only a hardware move. If it comes with any positive side-effects, no clue. We'll see.

This extended downtime falls right on Emporia Time. Meaning the guild will only have a short time to win the 2 star match.

Is there a specific time the servers will go down? Or that approximate is the closest considering the steps taken?

I personally would expect the servers going down at 15:00. But I also don't know a specific time for it to happen. It's better to expect 15:00 than to hope for it to be later. I expect it's happening anytime after 15:00.

Does the down time affect the mailbox's time hold. Will my items that are about to expire still be there?

So forums seem to be back. I'm on mobile however but I'm assuming progress has at least allowed forum usage if we're still down.

I would assume all the games are still down. I checked ROSE and DS and the login of both still is down.

I don't play any of the other games though, so I can't say anything regarding them.

Speaking of support, they seem to be rather backed up. I've had two tickets active for well over a week, and a friend of mine has had one for even longer.

Edit: my bad. I just checked and both of mine were answered. I'll touch base with my friend and make sure hers was as well. I assume it is, as her's is older than mine.
