That was my bad, I'll let Oda know.

He even asked me, but I couldn't remember if you were one of the people that wanted their ribbons and chef hat on separate characters.

Yeah I don't have the ribbon on any of my characters, but I did receive the Named Chef Hat. Maybe Oda just accidentally skipped that one, I don't know =V.
