Now you asked here and Kingarthur pointed out that the server will be taken down 6 hours ahead of WoE for the following 48hrs.

Which part confuses you exactly?

Cuz Odas post clearly says there is WoE TE, but the GM tells me that theres no WoE TE....

Now let's read Oda's post:

Warpportal is moving servers starting on Monday, November 16th and ending on the 18th. We are estimating up to 48 hours for the hardware to be moved to it's new home, during this time our games and websites will not be available. The time and dates of the move are subject to change, but this time is fairly finalized. We will be taking the games and servers down at 3am PST.

The server move begins on Monday the 16th, additionally it is stated that the servers will be shut down at 3am PST. Thus, the servers will be shutting down at 3am PST Monday the 16th. Though as with all scheduled things, they might change this.

Now, is 3am PST Monday the 16th before or after 9am PST Sunday the 15th?

And in closing, no I personally wouldn't trust a GM to have a useful answer to your question because it is very likely not in their answer sheets that they read off. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even know what time WoE:TE happens at.

Throws another wrench in the matter. On Friday during a Harvest Warpportal Weekly, I heard Campitor saying the idc move will start at 2pm Sunday. Ragnarok's facebook page announces the moving will start on Sunday the 15th at 3pm. Either way it won't affect WoE TE.

Announcements: 

We are celebrating Veteran's day in the US this Wednesday so we will be having our weekly maintenance on Thursday instead of Wednesday. We're doing a billing maintenance on that day so we also must adjust the time to 1-5pm PST (GMT -8)
