Sorry you're having a problem making a new account. Unfortunately, no one here at the forum can assist you with that. You need make a ticket. Here is the link to do that   https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx   You might also want to make an account so that you can reply to your ticket online rather than via email.  Click on  "Register" on the same page I just linked to make that special account

 

In your ticket, describe everything as completely as possible, including account information. Only you and support will be able to see your ticket and the more details you can give, the faster they will be able to help you. Please give support 48 hours to reply to your ticket.
