The double exp potions are in the vending for 5 silver coins each. Plus two new balloons you can exchange for silver coins.  

 

I love the hamster wheel balloon, giggle. It's very cute........and very.......active.

There's a bug in the new PvE chain. After killing Akia, the quest doesn't complete. I tried, as well as 2 others. The 2 others tried both with and without the blue quest.

The bug in the Akanai quest is confirmed and we

will do an emergency maintenance

today (11/13) at 12:00 Server Time

to implement a hot fix for it,

 

The maintenance will take about 30 minutes.

I guess you mean the previews in the Cash Shop.
Have you tried to close and reopen the shop to see if the bug still occurs ?

My connection is fine, but I keep being stuck in loading screen for long minutes, and then at char select, like I lag...    but my internet is running fast like always and I am not downloading anything. Is anyone else experiencing long loading time?

do you still have this problem? We often heard about such problems around 12am. When the day is changing it seems that the server has many stuff to do. We are investigating this.

I can confirm that they also can't be bought. We will look into this issue. Sadly due to the hardware move on Sunday and Monday I don't expect that it will be fixed before Tuesday. Thanks for the info.

 

The new faces from the halloween event can now be bought in the Item Mall, too. 50 IM each. They're all working. I tested it.
