Microsoft Visual C++ error and patching from 2011

Hi. I'm new to iRO (started less than 1 week here) and I'm facing an issue.

Yesterday at 18:30 hour +8 GMT, I got kicked out of the server and noticed there's a patch for the game. I let it patch automatically and seen few patch that was back from 2011-3-11 or something like that. By the time the patch is ready, my laptop got auto restart (never had this happened before)

Then after restart, I tried opening the app and I got Microsoft Visual C++ problem. Is there any ways to fix this?

Next time around, if your patcher decides to download patches that are much older than your current successful patch, close the patcher and run it again. If that doesn't fix it then just get the said new patch file manually from here. Copy paste it into your RO directory and run the patcher.
