Hello Roserians!

 

Last night 11/17/2015 we experienced some downtime due to a hardware issue that has since been resolved. Please know that we appreciate your patience regarding this matter, and we will be providing a Compensation Event for ROSE this weekend.

 

Compensation Event

 

25% Experience, 2x Drop, 50% Clan Point & Free Game Arena Energy

Start Date: 12:00PM, November 20

End Date: 12:00PM, November 23

 

In addition, while we  have already provided compensation for the planned downtime, this is for the unplanned downtime that occurred this week.

 

Direct Compensation for accounts logged in from Nov 1 – 18:

All Accounts: 3 Days Premium Service

Existing Premium Users: 3 Additional Days (total of 6)

 

Direct Compensation Date:

We’ll get this done and added by the end of Nov 20, so it can be enjoyed during the weekend.

 

*Special note: compensated premium service does not start until a player logs in on an account. So this means, your compensation will not run out if you don’t log in for a while once distributed.

how come my account did not receive the free 3 day premium? i've relogged multiple times already but i didn't receive it. my friends got the 6d + 18h premium but not me. i've been playing for more than 2 weeks now

Yeah my cleric doesn't have compensated premium service either.

Good thing we have ROSE at weekend.

Indeed, atleast you guys are getting the bonus weekend rates. Once again I get to miss out on the CP bonus event period.

No, they messed it up this weekend, so that they can do it 3x next weekend to make up for it.

How can people complain about 1day downtime? To me this was no big thing and I run the most clanpassives, Premium and most likly be one of the people which were affected the most....

There does seem to be an issue regarding the premium compensation. Some accounts did receive 6 days but some did not.  Leo and Dragonlark are aware of the situation and they are looking into it. I'm sure this topic will be updated when there is news

definitely not the case. a friend of mine only logged in at 10pm PST yesterday but her premium was already 6D 18h. i just logged in with my soldier 4pm PST today and my prem was already 6d 2h left, same with my friend. i think premium was applied and started to most accounts at 6pm PST yesterday, regardless if you logged in already or not.

It's not really working properly I guess.

My cleric didn't have premium for the past 2 days until today, she now got it.

While my bourg, has 8 days in total...Which is weird.

how come my account get premium but it didnt work?? it say unlimited energyy GA but its not work, i cant access my bank from button in bottom right, i didnt get bonus valor in dungeon, i didnt get bonus login reward

I know one of my clan member had a problem when all of his characters were premium.

But after 3 runs of Sikuku Catacombs he couldn't run the 4th due to lack of GA, even though it still shows "Unlimited".

The guy that did the free premium service won't be in until Monday, so come Monday, the compensation premium will be fixed.

Tbh i think the compensation that did work was good enough. Why give so much? We had worse down time in the past.. I think the Server was up pretty fast. The best thing was tho that there was a diffrence between prem and not prem users this time .

O_O  - Saying those kinds of things is enough for me to get the pitch forks and torches ready.

Lol i just meant i am happy with what i got.. And why bother fixing a compensation that went wrong, better update the game. We already got quite good compensation for so little down time. Again i have known worse down times..
