As of writing, my non-VIP alchemist account has not received the freebie VIP.

My 2 other VIP accounts have received what looks to be their for-VIPs VIP extensions, but have not received the freebie VIPs. TL;DR my 2 VIP accounts only got +3 days.

My fourth non-VIP account that I have on another WP account and which I almost never use has received the freebie VIP (I only hopped on it for like a couple seconds once I read about the compensations, lolz).

Note: Not meant to be a nag, I'm posting what I see so Camp can possibly have a slightly easier time looking into what the problem is.

Still haven't gotten the confirmation. If it doesn't happen tomorrow I will reschedule it for next weekend. So you guys can play during the good time rather than lose it to school/work.

Why are the people responsible for doing these things so incompetent?

This happens every single time ... the people actioning things on the sever simply cannot get it right on the first or usually second attempt.

Either that or the server is designed in such an ass-backwards stupid way that seemingly easy-to-do logical database pulls are hard or nearly impossible. Remember, the Renewal servers stores data in such a way that Camp/Oda can't globally search through the database for certain items, even though those of us with some programming knowledge would assume such a task would be dead easy.

While IT incompetence might certainly be a factor, I wouldn't be surprised if the problem was also Gravity just being terribad at programming. =V

That, and the game is well over 10 years old and the backend has changed very little in that time. It runs exclusively on an absolutely ancient version of MSSQL and eats memory like nobody's business lol

I think even if you renew your vip now, if you were non-vip during the downtime, you get only 3 days extra

Me too..I haven't got the 3day vip..I'm sure that i have played my 3 accounts before the server relocation because I had a ticket to be closed on them..I thought there was a bug in the VIP compensation so I filed a ticket on this yesterday [-removed-]..
