do i need to refine wands? or is it okay to remain at +0? i mainly buff/heal party member. what off hand item can you suggest for a level 57 muse? i'm still using the book of charm that i got from zant hahaha

It doesn't matter you refine your wands or not as you're only supporting.
Off-hands at low level aren't much different so you just stick with your current one.
Later get a better one at 100-ish, for example.

Its better to use Unique wands, Oblivion wand to be exact.
