I haven't play the game for about 2 months now so I don't know what happened, but I just log in to the game today and when I clicked "Begin", it loaded then show up the window said "Disconnected due to detection of third party software". I don't know what wrong, pls help. Thanks!

You probably are using some software that isn't supposed to be used.
Cheat Engine, AutoHotKey and a few other belong to this category. Make sure none of the programs of this kind are running.

I did check, and the game is the only thing that running. I tried to turn off anti-virus software and firewall but still doesn't work, and well I never use cheat software

Have you tried re-installing it? Sometimes it works that way or you just missed some some patch updates.

There is no false positive detection possible. There are different checking methods for tools, but it's very likely AutohotKey which you're using.
You should check you system tray if you have a little "H" surrounded by a green box in you system tray. AutohotKey can start together with windows, so maybe you have it running without knowing about it.

I did tried to reinstalled (I completely deleted the whole profile with CCleaner before I did), i checked the system tray and there are no "H". Well, I used some hotkeys for my recording software like OBS, and the mouse program razer synapse, but I don't think it effect the game, does it?

i'm having this same issue and i know for a fact that i am not running any third party software. i don't even have anything like cheat engine installed unless it considers third party software to be something like andy android emulator or steam or nexon launcher ect. every time i try to log in on one of my characters i get this whole disconnected due to detection of third party software issue it is starting to get quite aggravating.

I found it. It was a RAZER game scanner background process . Once I kill this it lets me in. Looks like the Razer device software still works with this shut down.

I have the same problem. I dont use any cheats nor hacks nor RAZER. I quit a lot of tasks in my manager, but it doesnt help. Im just using a XBOX Controller with the Microsoft Connecter but this didnt made any problems till today too. I mean, its just a gamepad. I really dont know whats the problem.

I recently found out that connecting to a distant computer (it was for plain and boring work, worry not) also made the game suspicious enough to shut down completely. Might as well add this to the list.
If you could take a screenshot of your Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc. simultaneously) when the game shuts down and send it over here, I suppose someone, and hopefully I, will be able to tell you which executable triggered it. Perhaps.

i also have the same issue. i installed it in on my pc then i moved it in my flash drive so that i can play it in cafe near our school. but it sayas that " disconnected due to third party " can anyone please help me

You checked remote desktop applications like TeamViewer?
Use Windows 10 x64, no antivirus, unloaded all ATI Radeon applications, all mouse and keyboard applications.
I play from Russia.The problem is not solved.Where can I get a game log to send to solve my problem?

Teamviewer is removed, but also i have - Remote Utilities.
Remote Utilities - do not load into memory and not have any service.
Windows Defender fully disabled, Windows Firewall default working.
To whom and what game log do I need to send to solve this problem?
