These are notes I took on Rebel class while I was testing with multiple people. Not the best so don't go nuts on me.
Notes on Rebel
Dragon tail- need crimson marker and dragon tail missile.
Can place multiple markers (3) and will hit them all but at half damage with each marker, full damage with one. Only uses one ammo regardless. Ranged Atk. Affected by type of Ammo element as well. Reducible by variable fully. Dex only thing that affects it, probably ranged as well for atk. Range is as far as 10 cells with marker. Non reductable delay.~ Grenade Launcher
Hammer of god- a lot of seconds to cast about 10, reducible by cranial or ranged. Aoe 5x5. 5 fixed cast. Has Some variable cast is indeed there. Not 100% stun. Can hit targets of the screen. Bypasses Cicada Skin Shed. Can be endowed with a element. [Taken from Ser Roseblood's post] (need more testing.)~ Rifle
Binding Trap – Deals damage based on the Hp of the target.(need help with this). Slows down target. only one trap by the Rebel can be active. Higher lvls can put multiple targets into one trap.~ Alloy Trap
Vanishing buster- Aoe 5x5 removes buffs, Literally removed frenzy as well. Did NOT remove RK Runes 1 variable cast time, 3 fixed.~ Shotgun
Shattering storm- Aoe 5x5 destroys equips at low chance.~ Shotgun
Mass Spiral = affected by after cast delay stuff so can be reduced, can cause bleeding. Affected by def ~Rifle

Deals damage based on dex. ~Gatling (Rip for people with animation DC) Taken from Hiss X hiss posts.
Anti material- fixed 2 delay and may give target 50% reduc on neutral atk. Last for 10 seconds ( need more testing) ~Rifle
Heat barrel- increase aspd and atk. Hit does not go down as we know of flee does get reduced by 50. With rifle increase by 3x and pistols too, not sure . Only applies to autoattacking.
Does not reduce cast as of right now.(Reduces cast time of Hog by 2 seconds when you use max coins.) The Time period where you can't hit or use items is around 7 seconds. Switching weapons will make you penalized with the time debuff. Cannot be used with last stand. Uses all coins.
Platinum Alter- does increase atk atm (100)
and does not allow chain action to work properly. Can’t use with heat barrel. Increases skill damage by quite a bit for Hog but not sure on others. (need Clarification.)
Rich man’s coins-Gets all the coins but is technically spheres. Sura can take away said spheres but only gives up to 5 with power implantation. When you have this skill you don't lose any coins on flip coin. Uses 100z
Round Trip – 7x7 aoe around user, pushes back targets that are hit, if near wall deals additional damage. Dex affects damage & so does ranged mods. ~Gatling
Fallen Angel- No info other then it cast highest lvl desperado and snaps you to target. Decreases cast time & delay with higher lvl. ~ Pistol
Howling mine- hits target as soon as you cast it intital damage. After hitting before 15 seconds pass and you press flicker it'll explode to deal damage. Wait longer then 15 seconds and it'll be gone. Cannot place multiple mines on same target but can place multiple mines on different targets. The first part is Neutral, the second part when it explodes is fire element. Can be triggered by hitting the target- (need more testing) ~ Grenade Launcher
Slug Shot - The skill may miss depending on accuracy, it does drop but not sure on how many cells reduce. 2 seconds of fixed Cast time. Bypasses Cicada Skin Shed (Need more Info) ~ Shotgun
Eternal Chain - Does chain action on said weapon and increase in lvl by how many coins you had before using it. [EX. 10 coins - lvl 10 chain action] (need some clarification if works with grenades and Shotgun)
Crimson Marker - Place on target to activate Dragon Tail, Hog, and Quick draw shot. Reduces flee by 30. Can't overlap with other Rebels Crimson Markers and cannot rebuff enemy with skill. Can see enemies that are cloaking with icon. Shows as a red dot on the map regardless of hiding or not.
Quick Draw Shot- When doing chain action with auto-attack deals additional damage if you press the button ( or spam it). Crimson marker may be needed, or it just gets a bit stronger with it. Highest amount spammed atm would be 5 in one go.
Flicker - Activates Binding Trap as of now.
Fire dance- No clue other then it's spam-able like Desperado. Larger range then Desperado, about 2-3 cells larger. Bypasses Cicada Skin Shed~ Pistols
As you can see a lot of stuff but not enough information, please help with this. Not the best writer but will update. Might organize into gun section not sure. Not all are bugs. Could've tested more but death by the unforeseen random characters who's names I shall not post delayed it.
