When you finally get through bio3 to get to instanced part of the bio4 entrance quest after 200 flywings and 8 res tokens, beat the instanced part then die before talking to the last NPC and hitting respawn instead of res so you have go through bio3 again to talk to the last NPC to get quick travel to bio4.
