We definetely do need a database and that's clear.   What is not clear to most of us, the players, is how long it takes to do such a thing!    WP clearly wants to make a database for the game! We have to give them some time to organize the website and its contents... Plus, they are working super hard on developing amazing and fun-tastic contents for the game! 

Being more supportive will be good to both of us the players and to the GMs' and CMs' team.

WP has been developing ROSE, Requiem, and Dragon Saga for years now and none of their websites have official databases either. Back when iRO had an official database, it wasn't even updated after a certain point (which is why they dropped it when they redesigned the iRO website). Programming a database is not the same as scripting a game that's already been made for them, they pretty much would have to build a database system from scratch. Why do you think they've been so reliant on player-made databases for all their games? Time doesn't matter if they don't have someone who can build and manage a database. Everything they've been using from the forums to the support system is premade, they can't even make detailed websites which is why their websites are very lackluster in information and minimalist in design.
