I just loled at your whole fail wall of text. Guess what? Slander means a verbal defamation of character that means it is false. Even if it was false and degrading of WP then it would be libel NOT slander. I have more beef than that with your fail but ill get to the main part of the story. First off a game is only good if they listen to the players. Why do you ask? Well the game changes with demand ESPECIALLY an F2P mmorpg. If there is a smaller player base that shows the game is declining, just starting, or many other things but the game imo is pretty good... except new people won't like the fact that they dc and can't reconnect every few minutes. Thats a huge put off, and with the constant fail that happened, new people ain't joining soon. The player base is the thing that shows the producers the problem, if the problem isn't stressed and told, it wont be fixed. It'll be swept under the rug and idk about you but I think this is economics... The server is bad so the players won't join which means we don't get as much money and our current players are feeling like this is a waste of their time... what should we do? 1. upgrade or get a new server which costs money which could be spent else where but hope this increases our revenues by increasing the player base or 2. leave the server as it is because we think more players wont join anyway. There are probably more options than that but thats the meat of the problem. I could type up more but it isnt worth it to type more to u. good day

oh yea this i edited: most games don't have the player-gm contact probably because there are less problems to have to fix... like all of this

Why don't you quit then?

Alright, here's my two cents:

If you are having so many issues with this game, then find a new one that you can complain about. You must think that it is easy to fix server problems on a FTP server. Could you possibly think they might not have the funds to switch server hosting, or maybe they have a lot invested into it that it would be detrimental to the game or otherwise if they did switch. I personally don't work for this game or any others, but you have to realize how tough of a job they have anyway, without you people complaining that they aren't doing a good enough job to your standards. Like I said, if you have so many problems with this game that all you want to do is complain and slander the GMs and other employees of WarpPortal, then honestly, why are you still playing this game? I personally love the game and I'm sure many others do, and I don't appreciate you downing this game because of issues that happen with all games, regardless of frequency. At least they are trying to fix the issue and responded quickly to the problems that the players are having. I've played games where you would never ever hear from a GM about a problem. Yes this game has some horrible lag and disconnecting issues, I can't complete my job changing quest because of it. But I'm not complaining about how "they should change server hosting", or "they're never going to fix the problems". It's life. Stuff happens. Get over it. Or if you can't, don't play the game anymore. Seriously. Grow up a little. Anything with technology comes with issues. Everyone should know that, unless they are completely technologically illiterate, or that naive.

Now that my mini-rant is over. I really hope this is fixed soon. Thank you GMs and other employees for trying to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

I agree with you completely.

The complainers should definitely check out Ragnarok; the entire community embraces complaints and the idea the game is hopeless.

Dragon Saga seems a lot more laid-back.

^ which is why we shouldnt let the obvious exp drop slide, people are focusing on the connection problems as opposed to the actual gameplay issues.

I understood that my earlier posts were very harsh, but look at it this way. I don't think I was being bias at all. I was only speaking for most people who are getting frustrated about the recent problems that's been going on.

Like I pointed out before, there are MANY people who spent A LOT of MONEY in this game and it's very UNFAIR that those people are not getting what they are looking for.

It's very normal for people to complain. That's what the forums are also used for. I don't see any signs written on the rules of the forums that don't allow complaining. Some people complain because they are frustrated, in other words to most of you, you think they're just being a bunch of crybabies. Fine, you can think of them that way. But look on the other side, most people complain to try to make the game better not just for themselves but for everyone that are playing the game. Each and everyone are entitled to complain when they are not being treated in certain ways they are giving their efforts to. It's very natural and I'm pretty sure everyone has complained before in parts of their lives with the game. You can despise those people that complain if you want, but it's their right that they have and they are entitled to complain just as much as everyone else since they were the ones who put their time, effort, and money to the game.

It's easy to say "stop playing then". But do you understand the time and efforts and money they invested in the game? I don't think we are actually "downgrading" the game. Most people are complaining because THEY are frustrated that WarpPortal is not doing their hardest to resolve these issues. What I'm actually very upset about is that we won't get compensated for the losses we had during those chaotic connection events.

You feel that I'm complaining a lot, fine, maybe I am, but that's none of your business. I played this game, and I put time and also some money on it so I have the rights to complain if I want to. For those of you who don't like it, then don't read it because no one is asking you to read it.

Complaining is normal, I don't disagree with complaining. I complain. I disagree with the fact people complaining about things that the people who own this game or manage this game have no control over. I have put a lot of money into this game also, so I am disappointed with the current game performance, but if people aren't getting what they want/paid for in this game, it seems pointless to continue with it. The people who run this game work very hard to solve problems for the players, and I honestly they don't get the credit they deserve from some of the players of this game. If you don't think you're getting the credit you deserve or whatever you think you deserve, change it. Simply complaining about it doesn't solve the issue you are having. Granted, complaining does make some people feel better, but does it really solve your problem? Think about that.

and slander in this case would be the proper word for the simple reason that they are trying and you are accusing them of not trying, which is false. It isn't verbal only in the sense it is not vocally spoken, for the record. You get my point. If you don't here it is: "putting-down" the gms won't solve anything. Simple as that. If you want to claim that I 'fail' then be that as it may. No one is forcing anyone to read this, but when they do, they shouldn't have to read that people are complaining about things that are out of the moderators, administrators, or any other company employees control. Seriously. I'm not happy with the situation, but I think we all should simply be patient and not jump to conclusions about people doing or not doing their jobs. That is simply my opinion. You can take it as you want it. If you have a problem with it? Great. Just proves we have different opinions.

I am not a GM, I am simply a player who is very opinionated and I will express my opinion if I feel the need to. Like I said, if you don't like it, I guess great for you. But don't put me down because I don't feel its right to falsely accuse people when they have nothing to do with it. If you feel the need to put others down, then I guess you're that insecure.
