Nope... why should I?? I just need to reset stats and skill .... Btw I tried it with other charac and was doing fine just this one charac can't and I need to reset him...  

 

What is the santa response? Did he tell you to put all stuff to storage or just ignore you?

On Renewal the jolly one gives a Stat and Skill points redo.

 

On Classic, he gives a Skill points redo.

AFAIK, 24 hrs has passed already but I still cannot talk to Santa Klaus in the middle Prontera, maybe it's only for once.

 

EDIT: Got it. He's only available within a day. xD

If santa still talks to you, meaning theres still hope for you. Santa does not respond at all to my char after I reset stat & skill with him.

 

Theres a probability you still have some item with you. Have you tried Mesmerist? She can reset stat & skill too.

Are you hispanic tino? It seems like you are based on the interpretation you had of the seal reset...that's something a hispanic would confuse lol. Sorry to hear that man, make a ticket to see if they can help you.

I'm on Classic, and unable to talk to Santa at all on most of my accounts. He just ignores me. Should I submit a ticket?

At least you have the fallback position of that Payon NPC that resets stats for the price of some reset stones.
