I am running Windows 10 64 bit. I have been having issues with my patcher. I start it up and it goes through the companies and then either Stops responding or just closes without saying or doing anything. I have tried numerous ways to fix this such as Reinstalling (4 time, with 2 times being in different areas), repatching multiple times, downloading the new patcher that one of the staff added at 1 AM this morning, installing from the website and not Steam, running as admin, taking my firewall down, running in windowed/fullscreen mode neither worked. I am at a loss for words. I started playing this game on my laptop and it was amazing. Now I can't run it on my main computer, which is really frustrating. Thank you for your time. Any suggestions would be great.

First of all this is no patcher problem but a problem with the game itself.

We have this problem for some players but weren't able to reproduce it.

So it must either have to do with a hardware incompatibility or with a OS problem.

What video card your desktop PC has?

This would be also very interesting:

Please don't start the patcher, instead navigate to the Release folder inside your Dragon Saga folder and find the DragonSaga.exe (or DragonSaga only if the file extensions are turned off). Start this file as administrator and look what happens. Please tell me the result of this try.

Thank you.

I have an AMD Radeon R9 390 Series. After running the actual game in administrative mode it still closed without any action. No pop ups or anything. Thank you for the fast response though. Excellent support.

Is there a way I can message you? I have a 3 post limit and this will be my last one. Thank you for all your help.

You can use the PM system. May I ask which processor you have?

In order to resolve this issue, please try to reinstall the game. If this doesn't work, you can try using the pre-patched download on the forum found here
