there are 2 kinds, the Artifact and Advanced ones
where can i get them?

The bigwheel and mixboard changes every couple weeks so it's never up there all the time. You have to buy them from the market or wait until it comes out. There are no set dates/rotations they come out on. One thing to take note on is they won't release the same suggested costumes out repetitively the costumes have to go on a break until they can be released again usually. It's usually requested in the costumes suggestion thread.

Advanced ones are in the W-Coin big wheel sometimes.
Artifact ones are in the mix board sometimes and will be out in in the near/far future.
