Actually there is costume enchanted stone which grants you fixed casting time -0.3 second. :v

Yeah i know about that one already :v
There's also one that gives delay reduction.
There were some othet wich was a chance to proc some effects, but they had just the name of the effect and not what they do. Perhaps you know? :3

Theres one for Lex lv1(1%) on mid headgear, and one for Greed and KE(enable) for lower headgear. Theres also SP/HP Leech enchant stones for Upper and Garment.

 

Personally I'd want that enchant stone that gives +1 ASPD on mid, but oh well.
