I'm just finish farming 100 advanced dark bless for dark blade and +20. But the special option I get was only 3% dark attack with out the 400 or max I think 500 dark attack. Am I still able to deal extra damage in pvp? Or it's just a normal weapon?

Your total darkness element attack will be increased by 3%, regardless of the source of said attack. That's the meaning of these 3%.

Which means I just lost the 400~500 dark attack?

You didn't lose it, you didn't have it to begin with. The percentage still applies to your elemental cards and accessories, though.

What if I don't have any card with dark element attack socketed in my equipment? Is this means the 3% dark element attack is useless? And it is a big different if I don't have the extra 400~500 dark element attack for both pve and pvp.

Without any darkness attack, these 3% indeed are useless.

Basically in the end if you only and only have 3% dark element attack, your total damage will be increased by 0. The end. 3% only applies if you have dark element attack on you. If you have 100 dark element on a card, you will have 103 Dark element attack in total and likewise if you had 500 dark attack you would have 515 dark attack in total.....but you don't so you basically have nothing.
