The Dragon Saga staff and I would like to apologize for the recent issue regarding the rollback that occurred. What happened during the night of this incident was that the shear amount of new player data that new players generated during that night overwhelmed our systems. Though we tried our best to salvage the data, we could not and we apologize for that. All Item Mall purchases done during the lost period will be refunded back to your Item Mall accounts as points and as compensation for the lost time we will be starting Double EXP from Now until Friday Midnight and have Extra EXP rates on the Weekend.
Dragon Saga has been seeing a large influx of new players in our world and we are totally excited. But, what we didn’t expect was the overwhelming amount of players coming in! Prior to the launch of Dragon Saga on Steam, we doubled the size of the servers and even then it’s filling to the brim every day with new players. We’ve been experiencing growing pains from overloaded logins to gold sellers spamming up the market place.
Recently we introduced backend upgrades to help with logins to help with the overloaded logins, we added new filters for players to block trade gold seller spam and as we keep moving forward our staff will continue to work hard to make Dragon Saga a great place for everyone to hang out and have fun.
