Been 4 days and havent gotten my IM back. Do i send a ticket after like a week?

If you have the ticket response [xxx-xxxxx-xxxx] or whatever, you should just wait longer, it took them like 10 days to respond my ticket so it may just take slightly longer than 4 days (probably not as long as mine). You can also view your ticket online and if it's active, I'm sure they'll get to you as soon as they get to you.

I didn't send a ticket yet since they said we didn't need to, but it's taking quite some time, so i was wondering if i was suppose to send a ticket after a certain time

For my lvl another blue lvl 40 gun staff with crappy stats sell on market for 100-150 gold. I don't have that money on my lvl.
I could literally just send you 200g, i can make that in less than 10 minutes. Just whisp either Spaarky or Spiksy in-game when im online, just be happy it wasnt a huge rollback, things like this happends and i was getting ready for a problem like this cause of the steam release.
