You need to go submit a ticket in the support section, this thread wont be paid any attention to by mods.
Also sorry to hear about your friend (if you mean dead as in dead and not dead character) but that will not win you pity points in getting the helm back when your case is reviewed by support.

No No..But it was a gift of my friend..and yes hes dead in real life... i dont wanna get pity points but it's the truth i hope i can get back and i did a ticket about it...

lol there was someone who accidentally souled their bone weapon very recently.
hence the reason it's called an "accident"
