Hello everyone!

I was having some problems and figured I should ask for some help.  First I am playing RO Classic through steam and sometimes classic will not launch from the updater, but renewal will.  A simple system restart fixes that problem, but I was wondering if there was a fix for that.  Secondly I bought some points through the warpportal website and when I click covert nothing shows up, and there isn't an option to upgrade my subscription.  I have tried buying the points in game and have selected all the options it says to use when using Steam but nothing happens that is why I went to the WP website to get them.  Any suggestions would be very helpful since I would like to convert my points and use them in Classic so I can respec my stats.

If your account was created through Steam then you are obliged to use Steam client for KP and VIP purchases.

I am afraid you will not be able to use the points you have purchased, have the GM staff look into your situation they might be able to help you out.

First, please register a WP support account: registration page click here.

After verifying the support account, log on the account and send a ticket to the Payment support department: Main WP support page click here.

 

The average waiting time for a response varies between hours to 3 days, so be patient.

try this for classic

 

 

make a shortcut to clragexe.exe

 

right click > Properties

 

in the target window add -1old1 on the end

 

for example "c:\gravity\clragexe.exe" -1old1

 

bypasses the patcher, will open every time.

I have tried to use steam overlay but clicking the cash shop in game does nothing and I have done everything the link says to do.  I only see the cash shop in renewal, but it doesn't do anything, should I beable to see it in classic on the Loki server while playing?  Do you think an uninstall and reinstall would fix that problem?

Note that if you are going with -1old1 method as in Xellie's post you will have to run the patcher at least every maintenance to not miss out on new patch files.

Thanks for all the replies and help!  It seems I was using the wrong server in renewal to activate the cash shop...

VIP benefit is account wide, you can use either Renewal server.
