Hi is this normal when purchasing IM points? It's only 500 IM a day?

When a new account makes a purchase, WarpPortal Verifies their information. Until their process is complete, You're only able to make purchases of 500 IM. It shouldn't take too long for the process to be completed. The issue wiill fix itself when that's done.

Once you make your first purchase, the staff will take a look at your account, and within a few days, you should be able to make larger purchases.

How can I convert my wp points into IM points in DS? (Why there's no window that you can able to convert points?)

Might be because your dragon saga account was made through steam and that means you have to buy IM through steam so that steam gets its cut. Just a guess.

Well you can still make a regular Dragon Saga account, get a lvl 50 char and gift the IM to your steam DS account from there. All this assuming that I'm right, but again just guessing here.

No, I think you are quite right.

I understood it the way that the only method to top up with a steam account for DS is the one Poppie posted in the pinned topic...

 

 

The gifting thing is a neat idea btw, should work.

I finally knew it. My main dragon saga account was from steam so I cannot topup the warp points from there. 

 

 

So one question. why up to now I can't top up different dominations of IM points? I already made 3 purchases of steam credits to IM..

If you mean the different purchase amounts from Steam, it can take a while sometimes for your account to be cleared for higher purchases, especially if you are using a new Steam account and not just a new Dragon Saga account.

Yeah, I've been having a problem with being restricted to purchasing only 1000 IM per day. I've made 5 purchases already and still waiting to be verified. Also, I have sent a ticket to the support team and they say it's more of a Steam restriction rather than a WarpPortal restriction. Which I understand, but shouldn't they have verified me already to make larger purchases after looking at my billing information?
