i purchased 2000 item mall points via rose super rewards on the amazon thing
it says awarded but it hasnt been creditedd ive sent tickets but rose no superrewards are replying could a gm contact me asap
ive waited and nooone is replying to my submitted ticket

I too await a reply from the same thing purchased points it suposably has to be hand verified but i really think the person who is in the billing dept is on vacation as no action or replys to my purchas or suport tickets for a week now. Im not real happy and receiving a generic here are some non helpful links to waist ur time with while we ignore you is disconcerting.
