Hi Im planning to get a nice skill for WOE when my dragon is out or simply surprise some player by not doing DB  .. When Cap leveling was 150/50 Hundred Spear with good element scroll was very good against single target I used it a lot . 

 

So my first question is : Is HS is still a good skill ? ( I plan 80 Str and I have 120 Dex )  

 

My second question is : If HS do 1400% of atk and IB 1500% , that meen IB do more damage even for single target ?

However, IB damage decreases with distance. Also, HS damage can be enhanced by ranged dmg%.

In the end tho, both are pretty much trash and wont help in woe. You are surprising your enemy more by switching to b. Flail or katz and meleeing them.

I should start an other topics for this lol . Vellum Katz I awesome , but Im DB build . I dont see how can I swtich and hit a decent ASPD even with 100 agi ..

I reach 193 with 90 agi, not even switching any gears

RKs can hit 193 pretty easily, what with zerk pots, celermine, two hand quicken, asir rune etc.

The only stuff giving me aspd is the ea10 FAW, since it gives 1% every 20 agi, and the rudra. Then just buffs and consumables to hit 193

Ashuckel , You reach 193 ASPD with Urs SP seal ? Tempo DEx Boots  and +9 Turkey ? I meen all the pure DB gears ... Btw your info is very usefull

Here's a more detailed explanation:

 

Hundred spears, at max level, has a modifier of [1400% + (1000- weapon weight)] x 1.375 (when you are max level) + 350% if you have lv5 clashing spiral. This is not including the spear boomerang proc.

That means that if you use a glorious spear (0 weight), hundred spears has has 3650% multiplier.

Assuming that you are DB built, 
1. A temporal dex boots with EA gives you another 13% range boost.
2. Your FAW EA10 gives you another 20% or 32% (depending on whether you are wearing menblatt).
That would be a total boost of 33% or 45%.

This increases the multiplier of hundred spears to 4855% or 5393%.

Otherwise, if you are using a brocca for multi-purposes (another 20% range boost and def penetration), with the same stats above, the damage will increase to 5841%(menblatt) on mobs.

Downside:
Hundred spears has a goddang 3 seconds global CD.
 

 

IB, on the other hand, only gives you a max of 2063% and 3094%(fire) . Using a black ribbon increases the damage to 2681% and 4022%(fire), although in PVP context, there's no way you'd use black ribbon. It also has a same -_-ty global CD, although only 2 seconds.

So yeah, if you're looking for a quick % burst, hundred spears probably does more damage. Problem is both has got -_-ty DPS because of their global cooldowns.

O.O , that's nice, i tried to do that once , but i just ended up into a crappy build, i just edit black cross' Physical RK build into WOE crushing strike build, but yeah, your build is useful both defense and offence

i just have 90 agi but i can reach 193 ASPD by g rings, two hand, beserk, aesir , celeremine or +10 Alca with two hand buff
