So my question is do I need vit from 1-99?

 

Right now I have dex and agi level 26

 

advice would be helpful so I can level without problems

Thats the answer. I leveled mine with a bit of vit, some ppl level theirs with no vit at all, is really up to personal preference.

well which is better for leveling desperado or agi/dex build?

Its always faster when you can kill multiple enemies at once, so, desperado.

whats bad with vit build i felt like it was pointless.

 

Think agi/dex 99 is better.

 

I just would like to get the rebel job skills but there is always a free reset before 99 so i guess i could change

You will get job 50 as rebel at lvl 100 at most

i just tax myself and don't even get to 50% base at 99 before i hit job 50.

Vit will help tremendously if you are primarily gonna solo level. Between the extra defense and HP you will have better survivability given that Desperado(And later Round Trip) pretty much requires you to get up in the face of mobs. You also get a boost to HP regen every 5 base vit iirc, and the higher your vit the better the resistance to status ailments, especially stun. If anything, agi is the stat that you really don't need, considering your flee won't amount to much against most late-game mobs and the nature of our best skills(close-range aoe) kills our flee due to the flee reduction by multiple mobs.

 

I went with  72 vit, as that gives a decent stun resist, some defense, HP and HP regen, and with a Dame of Sentinel-carded armor I get an additional 4 dex, which helps with damage. I've been able to solo gramps TI without too much trouble depending on what mobs we end up with. Once you change to Rebel I'd recommend maxing Round Trip then ditching desperado leveling if you have the money to buy a gatling; even with a crappy drifter I was doing more damage with RT than I was with Desperado and HF&HF.

I personally went with 99 dex->74 agi-> 60 vit, then focused on 120 dex ->88 vit->rest to agi.
