Hope you can do something about the connection to your severs. Since the attacks in the last days i can't really play anymore. (Munich/Germany) Disconnecting every ~30 Seconds. Most of the time i cannot access the Forum / Website.
Restarting the Router and getting new IP doesn't work, so it can't be an IP-Ban.

wew. Just my personal opinion but is it serious that this heart wing hairband gonna get the effect as stated in divine-pride.net? If so it is so gonna break this game. I mean yes of course only for the rich players. 

 

As stated in the site, these are the effects:

 

Skill delay -5%, SP comsuption -10%; 
Skill delay and SP comsuption -3% for every 3 refining levels. 
Class: Headgear Defense: 0 
Location: UpperWeight: 30 
Required Level: 50 
Jobs: All

so my point here is that imagine it being refine to +15 (i know this its kind of ridiculous but still it is doable for the rich), it gives like -20% skill delay and -25% sp consumption.

 

 

1.) With -20% skill delay, almost all class is able to get -100% skill delay without even the help of stringer. ( For the rich that have kiel D and the correct eq for reduce of skill delay to hit 100%. If not minimum will still be at 90% )

2.) With -25% sp consumption, -100% sp consumption is able to achieve for ALL class. ( 2 pharaoh/geffen magic robe )

 

 

Probably you guys won't really agree as what i mention above as it only helps for those that are really really rich. 

 

 

 

Ok so i make it more realistic, base on a +12 heartwing hairband, without mvp cards.

 

1) a +12 heartwing hairband will give -17% skill delay. (not really a big difference as compare, just a 3% less)

2) a RK can easily hit -47% skill delay (2x expertring / TGL) without even using kiel. (almost half of a full skill delay redux)  crap, you gonna see lots of rk wandering around soon

3) not to mention, many class should be able to obtain around that % as well or slightly lesser.

4) +12 heartwing hairband will give -22% sp consumption. With geffen robe, it's like 42% (also almost half of a full sp consumption redux)

 

all this are all without mvp cards. So are you sure you want to implement this effect in it? If it does not have a slot, i would reckon it will still be quite a fairly gear item. But if there is slot and still gives this effect, it's kind of way too OP and might break the game. But anyway just my thought. I myself like this headgear too xD but somehow just feel that it may be too much.

The game is already broke as It is. But personally, I don't see how this new hat would benefit only the rich players. My RK has kiels and I would still prefer Vana/Rwh (pvm) or RPB/CEB (woe) even if the hat comes with full effects. But that's just me. Rich players will have new different ways to hit 90%-100% reduction. Others will have an opportunity to reduce skill delay without kiel. So it's not only the rich, It's a win-win scenario. With Hero Trail III and all the new updates we will be receiving from krO, 70%-80% reduction will no longer be an issue. Obviously the population of RKs will increase, that is true.
