Hi, Did shot mastery (+20% attack speed) affect Smart shot ?
Because every guide I have seen never take Shot mastery.

Attack speed in general will increase the attack speed of your x attacks. So basically, yes it does affect the speed in which you can x attack with smart shot on.

Hi,
I see another post which say that it doesn't affect smartshot, also nobody use shot mastery.
Are you sure it affect smartshot ?
If yes I don't understand why nobody use it.

Which post is that? Clearly that person knows little about the game in general.
Attack speed, as I said earlier affects the speed of x spamming. You x spam with smart shot on.
The skill tree on summoners is huge and costumes and equipment usually give enough attack speed. That's why many summoners don't use shot mastery, because lack of sp. if you have enough sp then it's worth getting, some players have it on 10/10.
