Wasn't this already a thing a long time ago. Or most likely one of the reason they put the restrictions in the first place

This happens when a game gets more interesting for gold sellers.

As the game matured and it garnered a more loyal player base, we decided to ease the restrictions. But recently with the launch on steam and the attention from across the globe, we've been targeted in such a way that it couldn't be ignored.

#NoRefunds, is this through Warpportal? If it's an outside factor (bank) rip.

You can call the card company and they can issue refunds. This has nothing to do with warpportal and their policies.
The only way to combat this is if there's a legal department within warpportal (this costs a lot to implement because you need to have your dedicated lawyers) and follow up with the card company their selves.
As for now, just buy your own Item Mall and support the game

IM selling between players is still tolerated. Nothing has changed in regard to the policies. Remember to screenshot everything and happy trading.

What these abusers are doing is purchasing extremely large volumes of cash shop items, selling them for extremely low amounts of gold and then charging the purchase back. This is done by cancelling the charge with their payment service.
I got confused by this part.Probably my enhlish is too bad:( Anyway, does that mean monopolizing the market? Can I have have an example of it? Thank for your time.

They, for example, bought thousands of enchant insurance scrolls, canceled their charge so they get their money back, sold these items for a low price and used that gold to sell it to other players for real money.

These 1500 boxes are the reason for no w-coins being in the IM boxes anymore, no Car Pet Gasha boxes aren't in the IM boxes anymore. I don't think I need to say more.
This was not my decision, it was the final decision of the team. We were close to not give out any IM Box/Stuff anymore.
The reaction of the whole team was: "Why must some people always ruin our nice events?"
You think you did everything right? Okay, your thoughts, but not the one of many others.
The only thing what is disappointing is seeing players taking every chance to exaggerate everything they can. Sad but true. And even more sad is that we need to take steps to prevent this.
Since VModChimichanga locked this topic the discussion is now finally over.
