Not sure how many of each I have so far but I broke the only shield I had. I have pend, earring, weap all +7 but I need a shield ! Definitely not equal chances..

Atleast u got 3 +7. Worst case scenario is u can just +10 all 3 or +9 each. But i still havent been able to make +7 earring and shield. And i feel like time is running out already lol.

it's like talk to deviling, talk to angeling, talk to kids, talk to deviling, give chocolatier 50 apples and 10 candies, return to deviling for 500k or something exp, useless costume that u npc, 30 minutes of battle manual, and a daily quen ticket. takes about a minute to complete.

Shield gots the lowest chance possible. Ive been doin the quest from day 1 and i only have 1 shield. I can still have the set bonus tho if i wont be getting any shields some time soon. +9+9+9+4=+31

don't even need to talk to angeling, and can talk to the donkey instead of the kids cause it's closer

 

but yeah, this saves me so much time, especially with dragonhelm quest in
