is this a dungeon only the guild member can enter? what is the difference with the one accessible through investment?

woe1 dungeons: first and second floor can be entered by anyone, while hallof abyss is guild member exclusive.
woe2 dungeons: guild member exclusive

Can't that map be Memo ? I want to just get the achievement of hunting 5 of it and i have my own guild which I can't leave since I'm the leader and my guild is not really that strong to fight the owner.
