This Quest should only be accepted if your Weapon was useless.
In this case, I do not know if you did not understand what Quest it was, or if your Weapon was really useless.

And maybe you should still contact the support with the screenshots you posted here (I would not know how to proceed with the Request Item).

The mail tells you that you contacted support, I suppose?
If it is not a support member's response to the ticket you sent, then you might have to wait.
I do not think it can be possible because it is a completed Quest, not the time limit's problem.
If the recovery is really not possible, you will need to restart with the Concentrated Heart you got from the Quest.

I do not think it is possible to revert the Request purchase. In this case, I would rather keep it for a case that can happen in a distant future.
The two only possible conclusions to this affair are certainly those:
_the successful recovery of Weapon and loss of Heart (it would not be logic, if you get back the Weapon and keep the Heart whereas you did not wanted it to happen :q)
_the impossibility of recovery; if it happens, you will have to restart the whole process with only the Heart (but, maybe the Weapon you will make will be better than what you made and lost)
The team maybe will give an anwser 2~8 days, excluding Sunday, after the SOS.
