This. Since I'm in the U.S. I have 5 ping. rarely even 4. But those with 2 ping, sometimes 3 and lower, basically tank a lot of shots, but yet own those like me when they should've died a long time ago. Can we do something about this?

Unfortunately no, such is the result of a peer to peer hosting system.

 

The most you can do is either learn to compensate for it (which will make you a better player overall), or simply refuse to play with those players (this would typically mean kicking them from your rooms and disallowing players the ability to join midgame as well).

 

 

Trust me, its something you just learn to deal with, I've had players who were laughably easy to kill in theory but would simply eat shotgun shell after shotgun shell to the face and then punish me with riflespam. Its annoying but there is nothing you can do, if it happens just leave the match or kill people who aren't as laggy.

Ive been playing Aeria's version till the day it closed. I still get frustrated by it but cant do much about it lol. Aeria had a lot of laggers too.

yeah it is incredibly annoying that they're using wifi / wireless internet connection when playing outside of united states, it's not even stable when you're playing around the server with wireless to begin with

The problem is that.
1 - my ping was great before this update.
2 - My ping down from 4 bars to 1 bar after this update.
3 - players with lag has even more difficult to play than players without lag , so I will not play PVP while not mend it.
4 - I really think they should fix this problem because many connection was impaired.

Hi, I'm one of those with 0-1 ping bar, believe me I'm not happy with it also, Cause the ping makes everyone laggs even if someone has 5 bars, I'd really wish there was a way to change it...
