OK, point taken... my question was stupid. I just wanted to know the subjective perception of someone who owns or has used the card if it proccs often enough to be worth the 1 bil people ask for this card.

Thank you, sir, but I already knew this. My doubt is about the proc chance. Isilla has a 4% chance and it procs quite a lot. I wanted to know how does Rata Card compare to it in practical terms.

 

Are these cards not completely useless on warlock? because whenever it procs with isillia you are either casting spellbook or instant casting your skills. with the delay it has it doesn't really get used at all this proc. Sure faster spellbook cast is nice. but you can already load a second spellbook skill while you select the first anyway.

 

I had issilia card or whatever it was called, before i hitted warlock i used it a lot after block monsters with firewall to throw with improved cast speed a big meteor on them. It worked well. But once spellbook / warlock skills came forwards it was practically useless. Far better off to just plain increase the cast speed with a KK card.

Actually, I don't know. Just thought it would give me the chance to cast a faster amped spell from time to time. And since there's a lot of Aria CoDs on the market, and Rata Cards are so expensive, plus I love when an AB uses Sacrament on me, I thought it would be nice to have my own sorce of mini-sacraments.

 

But you're most likely right. Guess if I ever get my hands on a Rata Card, I'll just sell it.

In my experience proc chance cards like that are useless for warlock, sure it lowers your cast time. but the proc rate seems to be really low and when do you honestly proc it? when you are already casting your damage output skills. Unlike with wizard where you would throw a firewall and just wait for it to proc to push meteor or some other big attack forwards. Now you don't do anything of that kind at all. So when it does proc ( serieusly low chance 1% ) you most likely are either casting instant casts already or load up spellbooks. Sure it helps i guess, but always 9% reduced cast speed from kk card + 2% m.atk seems to be far more useful as it's always there.

 

I can see rata card be interesting for mid piece with a slot in it, but then i would rather get a pure damage card like the cheap fenrir version to boost the dmg forwards, as you still end up with the same rng problem.
