Hello,

 

Streaming was working fine until recent maintenance. I load up my account to get ready to make some sick MA content and right after pressing "stream" on OBS, I get booted, relog and says account has been blocked. I try this on another account and the same problem occurs.

 

PLEASE FIX IT, I desperately need my accounts back and my recorders to function for upcoming MA projects.

Please make a ticket. Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  On that same page, also click on  "register" at the top of the page so you can a special account to view and reply to your tickets online.  Explain what happened in the ticket and I'm sure support will be able to help you.

 

Meanwhile, I will mark this topic as a bug report and make sure Leo is aware of it.

Made the ticket.

 

After several hours my account has been unbanned.

I'm sorry to hear this happened. But depending on how the streaming applications works, it could be identified as a program attempting to alter the way Metal Assault works normally. It could be too invasive, which is why that happened. I'm personally not familiar with OBS, so I can't say. But I can try to look in to it and see if that was indeed the cause and submit it to our dev team for review and possibly make adjustments if possible so you don't have to worry. If you remain concerned, you may want to consider looking in to another streaming application.

 

If you could help me out, let me know what version of OBS you're using, and I'll try it myself and see what results from it.

Found out the bug. if you use OBS to ignore aspect ratio it auto bans you......

 

But this makes my videos in HD, ugh. Now it records in 4:3.

We're trying to look in to it ourselves as well. The dev team is asking us for more details, and we're providing everything we can in hopes to figure out what's doing it.
