Hello,  

 

 We have received reports that some players have been unable to access their accounts through Aeria.   We are investigating this matter and are looking for other solutions.  For those still having issues, can you please send a Private Message to CM Varitas with the following information so that we may better narrow down what is going on.  

 

Account name: 

When did this start happening:  (Please try to be as exact as possible.) 

Details: (Please provide as much detail as possible in regards to the issue.  What error are you receiving?  Do you have screenshots? Does it lock up at a particular place?  Etc.) 

 

We are looking into solutions at this time and any information you may provide would be helpful.

im using aeria and just recently download RO2, but when im log in it always say 'unjoined customer' what should i do? please fix this.

umm i cant login in ro2 now.... it says forbidden whenever i click start from the launcher.. is aeria in maintenance??..

yes, they are currently performing a system upgrade which requires Both games and website to be offline. Currently the maintenance is extended with no ETA.

Hi all,

please consider that tha aeria players deserve compensations, cause we play everyday and  are loosing our daily quests and farms, besides our attendance. So please, be fair with us.

Any Aeria users here having a problem logging in their accounts? I can't log in all my accounts. I even tried making a new account and log that in but I even can't get that pass the 2nd password. Is AERIA not hosting RO2 anymore? I have been trying to log in for hours now. 

 

This happened right after the Maintenance (01-18-17). 

 

ALWAYS GETTING THIS.

There is a patch happening now to hopefully fix the more recent issue. . .

Hi, as a report, my friends and I are equally getting the "Unjoined Customer" login message in all the accounts we've tested. I've made a quick research and it seems to be a problem with Aeria Games users.

After a while, we got the "Can't Connect to Server" message, which was also covered by the same "Unjoined Customer" message a few moments later, as seen in the picture above. Another error message, "login timeout", also popped up once.

 

On behalf of all Aeria users, I'd like to highlight this issue so it can be worked on.

I haven't played in 2 years and when I try to log in it says, "Account not Registered".  Did I lose all my accounts?  Did WP take over for Aeria Games?  If so, how do I get my accounts back?

 

Edit: Never mind.  I am a noob.  I tried to use the WP login server and my accounts are all in Aeria Games server. So I uninstalled the WP RO2 and installed the AG RO2 and am able to login all my accounts.  Sorry for the trouble.

so the pending aeria games account transfer is taking forever lol took 5months to transfer one account but still cant be accessible bc the forgot password has an error ffs
