please release all those taming items for the other pets that are not usually tamed. . . we have a long list of available pets but only a handful can be obtained in a daily basis.. and honestly, the taming gift set is somewhat hard to obtain considering it can only be found through some quests or by wearing a gear that drops a box that have a chance of obtaining one.. .

honestly i doubt many of the tames you're looking for are even available via taming gift set. you should ask oda for a full list of drops.

A reintroduction of those rare pets would be really really nice. Cute pets are as important as cute headgears, albeit the pain raising them and keeping them alive.

Some of us hasn't even began playing when most of the pet tames were in the box, and i've done my research, they were in the box several yeaaars ago.

Putting some of the old Pet tames in monthly boxes would make them sell. I've seen many complaints like "why always loli ruri tames and succu tames".

Definitely yes to this.

Would be nice if the tweak the mechanism *cough* feed *cough* bar, or maybe even implement new pets. This would resurrect the pet system.

Its rare to see players with pet, probably only Incubus/Succubus pets.

Personally I wouldn't invest in these boxes anymore, especially since the Succubus tame were destroyed inside and out.

 

P.S. They should NEVER let old tames into the game via boxes. These can and SHOULD be farmed in game. Don't repeat the Succubus issue ever again, and simply reduce the number of tames given from boxes :X

I don't remember any old tames being farmable. Ghost Coffin for example, its only obtainable from an old lucky box.

I was hopeless enough to try to farm some old pet tame(got the drop source from other server), only to find out that after days and days farming, they don't drop at all in iRO.

 

Edit: Thanks alot nirvanna for putting up the pet taming box list. Now people know that its pure bs to open them. Even the Succubus accessory arent obtainable from there.

should update the taming gift set drop list. take out all farmable tames and put the unobtainable ones instead.

They need to put all of the new pet tames to either be craftable like some of them are, as a repeatable quest, or simply add them to the drop table of monsters that barely have any drops in the first place, or maybe monsters that are otherwise not useful to hunt at all.  For example:

 

Holy Marble (Ground Deleter): Drop from False Angel

Red Burning Stone (Diabolic): Drop from Horong

Luxury Whiskey Bottle (Dullahan): Drop from Tengu

Goblin Rings (Goblins): Made from item gathering quest like from this page (http://irowiki.org/w...ame_Ingredients)

Staff of Leader (Goblin Leader): Drop from Goblin Leader

Magical Lithography (Golem): Could make an interesting item gathering quest, or drop from Rideword/Deathword?

Chewy Rice Powder (Hard Rice Cake): Item gathering quest

Girl's Naivety (Incubus): Item quest or drop from Incubus

Very Red Juice (Loli Ruri): Drop from Galapago

Fan of Wind (Mao Guai): Item quest

Delicious Shaved Ice (Marionette): Item Quest or drop from Ice Titan/Gazeti/Snowier/Siroma

Splendid Mirror (Medusa): Item quest or drop from Dark Frame

I feel like something along these lines would be easy to implement.  And sorry, by Item Quest, I mean just an NPC that will give you the tame once you have brought the specific items required to make it, much like the headgear ingredients NPCs.
