Do they stack? I mean the Inca MVP card will ignore the target's def and the Thana MVP card will increase your damage based on the target's soft def and hard def. Please enlighten me. TIA

They don't stack.

If it's the same as pre-renewal, you can equip and ice pick and combat knife and test for yourself.

Thana gives samurai effect +1 atk every 2 hard def.
Samurai just ignores def

Thana works on bosses, samurai doesnt

Never tried samurai+thana at the same time

ice pick(thana effect)+ kvm dagger(20% defense ignore), the additional attack from IP gets nerfed by kvm def ignore

Thanatos overrides samurai when compounded on same weapon.
2 Thanatos doesn't stack each other. Only 1 works.
