I'm 80 on my sin.
Stats:
Str 75+6
Agi 72+15
Dex 40+7
I have +5 Jams, a chick hat, undershirt/pantie, and eden group boots.
I have about 10 mil and could possibly earn about 5 mil more from selling other items I have to improve my equipment.
I also have a priest and an endow sage that would be willing to power level me.
Where would the best place be to level? Where would my money be best spent?

P.S: I maxed katar mastery and sonic blow. Still have like 23 skill points if I remember right.
My recommendation would be for you to level off
Roweens just outside Rachel. It's right where you get off the airship which you can catch at Izlude. I think they might be a good bet since they are Med monsters, also you will need a Endow Quake (earth prop) to help you kill them faster.
Breeze might be a good monster to hunt as well. They give good exp and are plentiful and only need 328 Flee. Wind prop so Earth Endow again helpful for them. Link provided for map for them which is 1 South 1 West from Einbroch. Only problem with map is that there is a week aggro earth monster, since you will be endowed with earth makes them annoying so just wing away.
There are some other monsters but they have the downside of either not spawning enough, being hard to get to, or just in an area that has to many other monsters or all 3. I think these 2 are your best bet atm.
