So, yesterday when the server was open for like 2 minutes, I managed to get inside the "new" dungeon "Server vs Server : Nova", and crashed there. Now I can't log in anymore my main character "Server System Error". Any advice?

Sending ticket is the only option.
Your character is located in an area that doesn't exist.
Just tell them to have it ported to Alban or something. It will be the fastest solution.
If you simply tell them to investigate, they will take forever.

Took you 4 days to answer the same thing I did.
Perhaps I should be a cm. At least that way the community can get some feedback

Oh yeah, if you tell support straight up what you need, it can be done pretty fast.
But the moment they have to "investigate" you are screwed
