Well the second part of the message was like this :
POINT MEGASALE EVENT
From April 16th (12:01am) until May 2nd 2016 we have big point conversion bonuses on the Warpportal downloaded versions of the game, and bonuses to point purchases through STEAM for Ragnarok, Ragnarok 2, Dragon Saga, ROSE, and Requiem.
I think CM Varitas forgot to add it. SOOOOO it may be working only via STEAM. But will ask later to confirm and let you know.

That's the old rate blue....
It's always given those % to conversion.
I recharged 2.5k last month and got 3k.

Well seems I was mistaken.
Usually it's 15% right now it's 20%
I was wrong, it's not a farce it's an utter joke. 5% bonus lol.
On a 10k purchase, that's 500 more lol. A whopping 1 cm.
