There were a lot of people that didn't get rolled back.
I decided to tell them about my characters that benefited from the exp, but this was after they tried to fix everyone that was affected 3x times.

 

That is the most gentlemanly thing to do.

I could, but then if there was a 200% exp event I could stack it with the BMX3 for 500% exp rate, hence why I was asking when the big exp events happen.

 

Normal Server Rate + Vip + 200% exp event + BMX3 -----> 100% + 50% + 200% + 300% = 650% EXP Rate. You can also add in exp boosting equips (such as dragon helm) and/or party exp (+5% to +100%, depending on amount of people in party).

 

 

Example: 

 

Scaraba Hall - Antler Scaraba lvl 136 being defeated by a lvl 124

 

Normal EXP rate: Base 12,343/Job 10,246

 

650% EXP rate: Base 129,604/Job 107,589

the highest server bonus exp rate is +100%

 

100%(original rate)+50%(VIP bonus)+100%(server bonus)+300%(BMX3)= 550% or 5,5x rate

 

but back then the formula is like this [100%(original rate)+50%(VIP bonus)]x 300%(BMX3) x 200%(double exp event)=900% or 9x rate

 

dunno since when they change the formula, it's more hard leveling for new generation

It does stack additively but applies a different bonus for VIP users to make it stack multiplicatively with VIP.

But I forgot that it only multiplies with VIP not server rates. So it should be 550% as somebody posted.

[base + server bonus + VIP + VIP bonus] x mods + BM
 
here are some numbers on big bell (15026 exp)
 
lvl 157 VIP, BMX3, no other mods = 99170 actual exp received
(15026)(1.2)(1+0.5+0.5+0.5) + (15026)(1.2)(3) = 99172
 
lvl 157 VIP, BMX3, 55% exp mod = 123963 actual exp received
(15026)(1.2)(1+0.5+0.5+0.5)(1.55) + (15026)(1.2)(3) = 123965

What I got from that thread is that with all exp effecting factors I get 550% exp. If that's not right then all I know is I get a lot more exp than normal.

 

Also that there should be an official source for information such as this that's accurate and up-to-date.
