I read a guide to this quest and it said to talk to shede and then she told me to get her 5 moc bugs. I went back and gave her them and instead of telling me to go find Mr Herico she just says says isn't Hugel a nice town. I don't understand why I'm having problems with it, thanks.

I know this is kind of stupid to ask, but are you sure you got all 5? It's been so long since I did this one, I wish I could help more.
