acid bomb has 1 sec delay, so skill delay enchant is also good i guess

if max then the enchant will be delay skill for 8% and 12%?

4 and 6, 10% total on each earring

left slot is only delay after skill 1 and 2

right slot is  delay after skill 1,2, and 3

 

if u say best is 4 and 6 so slot1 on max is delay skill 1 and slot2 max is delay after skill3?
