After checking, the CM has concluded there is no bug with the drops. Take a note, Wandering purple dragon OCA drop rate has been reduced some time ago due to abuse.

abuse u mean cause by too many ppl doing it that all ppl now only do hazy and ro not to do anythink, then next will be nerf drop rate ogh
Please understand I was on the GM team at the time so my memory may be a little fuzzy. But if I recall correctly there were so many people creating instances to do hazy that it was destabilizing the server, because of the number of instances being created and destroyed.
that's not abuse. also in that case that means the rate was changed AGES ago. so people who have been running it regularly shouldn't have seen a drastic drop off regardless; the rate just isn't what is listed on the db?

How does that relate to drop rate?
Is the logic something like:
Problem -> Too much instances being opened and closed because Hazy is profitable due to OCAs
Action -> Nerf Drop Rate to discourage people from doing Hazy
Result -> Less people opening and closing instances because it's not worth doing anymore, server stabilization? lel
Would be nice if the droprate was disclosed. Having drop rate values changed and being kept secret overall and us having to rely on other sources of information is pretty ... unproductive. It's pretty unprofessional when said item is advertised by secondary fansites (only source the playerbase has) to have x drop rate, which can be unreliable because:
what about doing a nightmare version of Hazy Forest? not so much people can do a nightmare version and put a long limit time on that... idk, but still are people who doing this like 400 times per day, so i dont think the nerf fix the problem.
