There are other ways to log in you rose online link with steam.
There is few step as follow:-
1. Go to warp portal website.
2.Try to log in email address and password.
**The email address must same with you steam a/c email address,
**If you forget the password, just reset the password.
3. After log-in the warp portal a/c, go to a/c information.
4.You will see the rose online id.
**If you forget the rose online password, you just reset the password.
5. Completed.
6. Go to warp portal launcher (Rose Online).
7. Start the game and log in the rose online id and password where you get it from the warp portal website.
***If you don't have the warp portal launcher, Pls go to download it. The link as below:

i cant login its stuck on "connecting to server" with steam, and without steam i tryd rebooting and reinstalling nothing works. still stuck on "connecting to server" can anyone provide a fix?

C'mon WarpPortal.... Few issues, first i could not Power Up you said it's because of my ISP. Now this, we can't logon. How can you expect people to buy premium if your service is so poor.

Just talked to Genesis and he said that anyone who is still having an issue should make a ticket. That also applies to anyone who has been unable to claim daily gift boxes.
Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx Once you have made your ticket, click on "register" on that same page to create a support account. This will let you view and reply to your ticket online rather than waiting for an email.
