Well, if someone did not understand I will be more specific. Where is the cookies of this site on my computer? Like, where are the cookies of builds where I build on this site.

I intend to keep the cookies in a folder, because I will format my computer and do not want to lose all builds.

export / Import cookies should be your keyword at Google.
export old cookies save as file, then Import at your new browser
